Second social party is being organised for 14 December in Noir Angels. The theme is about bulling at workplace where most people have accepted direct or indirect. As always, Noir Palace makes social awareness while it keeps its character: thus Noir Ladies will do bulling at work, teasing members, bosses, managers, all leading to incredible party fun.
