You defined, along with Anita, what it means to be a member of Noir’s management team. You were always there for me when I had a problem, and I miss you very much. I do hope that whatever has happened for you to leave doesn’t spill into your RL. I know from experience that that really sucks.

God.... I cannot leave you all alone for a few weeks and now this !!

Cyndi ! I want you back at once ! and no ....just SHUTTY and go back to work !

I would like to let you all know that Cyndi had been more than a loyal and executive person for Noir Palace for about 2 years. She had overcomed our expectations for managing the HR issues in the Noir Palace. I am certainly grateful to her.

Noir Palace operates more than 10 years now. It keeps its success on the fact that ladies like Cyndi had offered their best and contributed despite any difficulties.

Cyndi along to Anita and Frances had been all a key management crew to face all those daily challenges happened in the Noir Palace, the best focused Gentlemen and Ladies club in the rlc. Unfortunately for Cyndi, Anita and Frances due to personal problems had left the key management posts. letting Cyndi to work x 3 to respond to growing demands and expectations of our communities. This is a burn out!

Cyndi had been offered to have assistant managers plus the time to rest and re-organise herself towards the stated and increased demands sourcing in our daily activities. She chose by herself to not get this opportunity. Only cause I am very honored and grateful to Cyndi, I have accepted with full respect her decision to resign as HR and General Manager and even as a lady. I did not comment on the reasons she had for her long time stress and her managerial choices. All by respect to her.

Cyndi remains into our hearts. Noir Palace has to go on and address daily challenges and activities with best possible standards expected by our prestigious members.

I welcome Cyndi as being our honorary lady, A person outside the team, its rules and needs. Her mirror, office and name will remain into Noir Palace as a person who passed by and enlighted with deep contribution.

Cyndi, it will be difficult not to see you tonight, I find it difficult to understand why you leave us but I respect your decision. Your sympathy, the union that you achieved between us makes this moment difficult. I want to apologize if perhaps we have not been able to sufficiently value all the work you have done.

And I'm sure you understand that I asked my sisters from Noir that we have to be even stronger, and be worthy and be stronger! Noir has to continue!

I know there are enemies of Noir who will be glad you left. But I also know that you know that we are Noir's ladies and they won't be able to beat us. And I know you're glad we're moving on.

Because I also want to believe that it is not a goodbye, it is a see you soon

Se que hay enemigos de Noir que se van alegrar de tu marcha.Pero tambien se que sabes que somos las damas de Noir y no podran con nosotras.Y se que te alegras de que sigamos adelante.

Cyndi, as the one who hirred me and always encouraged me in any situation I am proud to say you are the most valuable person I had the priviledge to work with. I do not know your deepest reasons but I suspect it has to do with the general situation at Noir and certainly with the stress you are living in reality. I will miss you and I wich your mirror will retain your image so we all can remember you. I want you to do all possible to enjoy life in any dimention you choose to be. Finally, I will remain as you friend and I welcome you to keep in touch.

Cyndi, Can’t say I got to know you very well, but enjoyed your humor and presence. Best for whats next.
