As you all know, our parties are an invaluable tool we use to accomplish several Noir goals. Any lady that I have hired should know this especially well as I make it clear in my interviews. I hate to say this, but I was embarrassed to be HR Manager at last nights party. The lack of ladies present was unacceptable. I know I used to use Monday parties as a selling point to sign new members. Last night we would have to have members stand in line to receive this benefit. That is NOT fair to our members that spend their rays every month on Noir. They DESERVE better! Also not fair to those ladies that take our parties seriously and participate on a regular basis. Thank you to those ladies that were present. If this continues, there will eventually be consequences to non participation. Please remember, Noir-Yes= OK. Noir-No= OK. Noir-Maybe= NOT OK. Please show me you understand this and make future parties a much better experience for our members. And if you can't be present, please alert a member of management. All legitimate excuses will be accepted.

Meoww!!! Hi well in my case , i told Simoni sometimes i cant Log in because i am a busy Kitty in RL i come to Noir or the Beauty Alliance when i can , when i have time free , for me RL comes first but i come online when i can hopefully everyone can understand it purrrrs
Yes, we do need to consider time zones, and I salute those who can and do get up in the middle of their night! RL does come first.
I agree 100% and in the event for any reason one can not stay the all period just being present for a short while and make members feel they are welcomed only takes a few minutes. It will make them feel as part of Noir community and as for that short time present it will show that we are interested and part of a great family. Not attending may happen due to real world obligations but in those occasion it is advisable to notice a manager. I always try to be there before the event and most of the time for the minimum of 2 hours as I feel obligated to those members that value me as a friend and a Noir lady. I want to bring the attention to the wonderful work of the organizers of those party and thank them for using there time to make it a success.

I second Cyndi's motion. We Ladies need to be present for our members, and prospective members.
