Last night at the Bella business party, I was dancing with a guess which is part of the process if we want to enroll a new member. Started with the usual questions about him and moved to informing about Noir and Bella. All was going well untill I mentioned one needed to be a member to benefit of the numerous advantages. His reaction came faster than I ever had to wait. He said; " Sorry I did not know you were a Working Girl" and he vanish in a colored cloud. I must admit I felt somehow insulted. But then I asked myself; " What is the difference between a Noir Lady and a Working Girl?"
As a Noir Lady we are part of a team, we have specific locations to work from, we benefit from multiple members visiting our Palace and we are part of many celebrations or parties where we can meet new people and members. For a Working Girl there is no team, only possible friends, as for work locations there is plenty of places in RLC where they can go and perform there charms and for party and celebrations there are daily events all over RLC.
Some of you will tell me a Noir Lady provides exclusive and professional services. To this I can assure you WG do provide excellent services and do have regular clients as opposed to having members. So the question I am asking not to underestimate a Noir Lady or to over evaluate any other similar persons is: "What do you consider to be different between a Noir Lady and a Working Girl?"
I am certain we are different in some ways but I d like to hear your voice on this question...
I am very happy about this post both for Marika setting the scene and the rest "ladies of Noir" who responded to it according to their own perceptions.
We, as ladies of Noir, operate Noir Palace Gentlemen and Ladies Club which by its launch has a structured vision, mission and values. These are the roots of the whole operations that one can find in Noir Palace. Its the internal mindset that makes rules, teamwork, communication, supporting, training, improving and a management team. Thus a) vision b) mission c) values are the core foundations where Noir Ladies are developed vs any other short term organisation or standalone WGs in the Utherverse/RLC. Find them into our main page in the web: noir-palace.com or here.
I have been waiting to comment because I wanted to see responses from others first. I was not disappointed. I agree with Adela, Frances and rita 100%. I wish to add that when interviewing potential Noir ladies, I always make it a point to mention that Noir does NOT treat our members like ATM machines! We try to make them friends and feel special being a Noir member. I think you answered your own question when you said this Marika. " All was going well untill I mentioned one needed to be a member to benefit of the numerous advantages". WG's do not have numerous advantages. Could some WG's be worthy of being Noir ladies? Of course. But I'd wager it's a very small minority. A simplistic narrow view would say "They both charge rays for sex". And that's true, but a wider view would show much more received from a Noir lady and THAT is what sets us apart.
Rita I think you have just enlengthen the major difference...RULES...without rules noir would be a jungle opened to much more conflicts and applying those rules allow each and all to behave and correct others behavior if needed.
927 / 5000 Resultados de traducción I have never been of a family and I have never been WGAfter walking around RLC for a bit, I came to Noir.I liked what I saw, they admitted me and I'm still here.I know that when the day comes that I have to leave I will never go to another club or to a family.I know that conflicts sometimes arise and some are quite serious. They arise because some ladies or some members do not respect the rules of Noir. The rules of Noir have to be respected.Respecting the rules makes it possible for Noir to continue to exist above all.If we do not respect them, we will simply be a club among others and we must always be able to demonstrate our difference, our excellence. And as a saying from my country says "Before dead than simple"There will always be conflicts, but we are the ladies of Noir, and we must be prepared to overcome difficulties and be able to say once again that we have the honor of being the Ladies of Noir and we are proud to be.
If you are referring to our private lady chat, yes there are useful information that are shared in there and also in the personnel forum in profiles. But, and I may be the devil advocate, some remarks we read are some times disturbing if not revealing of the personality of certain of our colleagues.
Yes Frances WGs are not a family and I must say that those who are successful are lonely wolves. As for Noir and competition although it is not an admitted fact I can assure you there is some silent competition. In all families there are conflicts and Noir is no exception.
I look at Noir first as "family", even though we all do not take the the same surname. I was rootless for many years (prior avi) and then finally became a member of an RLC family, but eventually left after a year because the internal dynamics became untenable. I then tried the WG thing, but was rootless again, Sure, I was friendly with many, but no close relationships. I was about to leave RLC completely, but then found Noir. I've been a Noir Lady for over two years now, and love it.
So, to me, the difference is that WGs are in competition with each other, whereas we Ladies are supportive of each other. They may support a club, but we are family.
Agreed Adela but some WG are really dedicated also.
