We are in a close collaboration with RLC to revisiting the rules of operating and managing RLC Street Passions. NOIR GROUP vision presented in the VC2021 encounters the operation of a) the Noir Palace club and its properties, b) the Beauty and Love Alliance city and its members ' businesses and c) the Passions as non member place but under private management rules.
Find attached the old RLC guidelines that we seek to enhanse, improve and then agree as to manage and operate.

RLC has given PASSIONs to a business for the period June-October. This business failed to get traffic there and they declined to update with PASSIONS. Now, RLC proposed we take the management of PASSIONs. While their interest maybe the traffic in RLC street, our interests remain to be the pool of any one we can get for either Noir or BELLA city. A place where people can be like all those clubs, bars, stages etc, not to provide sex. We can try some traffic of general interest while we can pick up the members we need.
However, RLC insists on making that place friendly to WGs free to solicit. Their plan is given for assessment. If you wish to have a view of it let me know to send you by email.
What is your view? In case we take it, 1 -2 managers will be hired (out of current Noir resources) to work on selecting people from "pool" for our businesses. But shall we invest time and resources?

Hello Noir Palace,
Please submit a business plan that indicates how you intend to raise traffic to the venue(s) and maintain increased traffic levels, and outline your management style and plans for the Passions spaces.
Included below is a summary of the main points of our Virtual Venue Management Agreement, so that you can decide if this type of arrangement is the right fit for you:
Managed venues remain the property of Utherverse, but are considered 'under management' by the member that signs the agreement
You will receive identical copies of the venue(s) which you can them update the deco for. This allows you to decorate in a way that suits your management needs, without us worrying about the original venue becoming broken or unusable. Deco needs to conform to certain guidelines because the property is UV-owned, such as not using copyright-infringing materials.
The original venue will then be redirected to your venue. This allows all members to keep the same landmark links they already have stored, while landing in your managed copy of the venue.
Because the venue is still Utherverse-owned, some rules will need to be followed regarding member disputes, allowing/blocking entry, and making sure any rules conform to the original intent of the venue, along with of course following the RoC and ToS
Hosting events is allowed, including both recurring and special events, however:
They must not conflict with official Events Team events. You will be given a contact with the Events Team to ensure your events don't conflict with official UV Events
Promo for these events cannot imply that they are officially sponsored UV/RLC events just because they are held at the managed venue(s). Only events that are officially sponsored may use the UV/RLC branding, with permission from an authorized Utherverse Staff member
Once your plan is submitted, I will pass it along to the team along with the competing plan and we will decide who can try managing the Passions venues first!
